Pleased to Meet You!

With eight years as a certified personal trainer and three years as an exercise specialist working alongside a physical therapist, I specialize in helping individuals build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence—whether they’re recovering from injury, completing physical therapy, or simply wanting to prevent future pain. My work bridges the gap between rehabilitation, fitness, and everyday wellness—helping clients create sustainable, healthy movement patterns for life.

Through years of experience with clients recovering from work-related and chronic injuries, I’ve seen firsthand how proper movement education and functional training can prevent setbacks and reduce recurring pain. My mission is to empower individuals to take an active role in their health by understanding posture, alignment, and body mechanics—foundations that not only prevent injury but improve performance and overall quality of life.

At 18, I survived a near-fatal car accident that left me with a fractured lumbar vertebra and lifelong back arthritis. Multiple rounds of physical therapy were essential to my recovery—helping me heal properly, regain mobility, and restore strength. However, as time went on, I noticed that my pain often returned once therapy ended and I slipped back into my old movement patterns. That’s when I began exploring how daily habits and alignment affected my body. Becoming a personal trainer helped me connect those dots: the body functions as a kinetic chain, and even small misalignments can trigger compensations that lead to recurring pain.

Today, I combine that personal journey with professional expertise to guide others in moving better, feeling better, and living without limitations. Whether you’re continuing your recovery or focusing on prevention, my goal is to help you build lasting strength, awareness, and confidence in every movement.
