Pleased to Meet You!

With eight years of experience as a personal trainer and three years serving as an exercise specialist under the guidance of a physical therapist, I have worked extensively with individuals recovering from work-related injuries. Through this experience, I developed a strong conviction that many of these injuries could have been prevented with proper education in movement mechanics and functional training. Empowering individuals with this knowledge not only reduces the risk of injury but also enhances long-term quality of life.

My mission is to promote awareness and provide education on the critical role posture plays in our daily routines—from how we sleep to how we work. By emphasizing the importance of alignment and ergonomics, I aim to help people move more efficiently, feel better, and live healthier lives.

At 18 years old, I survived a near-fatal car accident as a passenger, resulting in a fractured lumbar vertebra and chronic arthritis throughout my lower back. Over the years, I underwent multiple rounds of physical therapy, which was much needed and provided temporary relief—but the pain inevitably returned once treatment ended and I continued my usual routine of working out and waking up with immense pain. It wasn’t until I became a certified personal trainer that I truly began to understand the body as a kinetic chain: when one area is misaligned, it can trigger compensatory patterns that lead to persistent, unnecessary pain. This insight transformed not only my recovery, but my purpose. Today, I’m passionate about empowering others with the knowledge and awareness to move better, feel better, and heal holistically—because lasting change begins with awareness and understanding.
